Return Policy

We would like you and your cat to be thrilled with your NoBowl Feeding System. We know from experience that most cats will pick up on how to use the system in a week or so, and be happy hunters. A few cats may take longer to transition, and that is perfectly okay. Your patience is the best gift to your cat, while they re-awaken their innate hunting skills.

We believe that all cats need to hunt and will do our best to work with you to help your indoor cat transition to The NoBowl Feeding System. If your cat is struggling to transition to The NoBowl Feeding System, we would like to help however we can. Please let us know by emailing [email protected].

We also have a generous returns policy: 

We recognize that there may be a few cats and/or circumstances where even after trying, The NoBowl Feeding System is not the right solution to enabling your cat’s hunting needs. If for any reason you are not thrilled with the purchase of  your NoBowl Feeding System, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund less a flat fee for shipping and handling ($6.95). The system must be returned in it’s original packaging and condition. Please send an email to [email protected] to request a return shipping label. The Return Shipping Label is very important, a returned item without it will NOT be processed.

All returns that are not suitable for resale are donated into the Felin-thropy Program for use by Feline Adoption and Rescue Centers.
